Technically no. There's will be a new black box style scheduler for Competitive. You'll be able to define your teams as 'Strict' in that they can only use blind Blackbox style match making, or 'loose' in that they can use Blackbox matchmaking or pick an opponent. The Blackbox bit isn't built yet and there's no current ETA.
Once Redrafting is live, you should be able to the draft your exisitng Blackbox and Ranked teams into Competitive
